Adding priority contacts

How to highlight and track replies to high-priority customers or leads.

  1. Go to Settings > Contacts in the top-right corner of your portal.

  2. Click the โœ“ icon next to any contact you'd like to mark as a Priority Contact.

  3. Reply times to Priority Contacts will then be reported on separately, and you can also set custom reply time goals specifically for them.
