Excluding unwanted contacts from the report

Learn how to filter out irrelevant or internal emails from your reports.

How to exclude contacts or domains:

  1. Go to Settings > Contacts in your portal.

  2. Click the โŠ˜ icon next to any contact or domain you want to exclude from your statistics.

  3. You can also use the dropdown at the top of the page to filter and view either Excluded or Priority Contacts.
