Choose a date range
Use the date range filter at the top of the reports page to select the timeframe you’d like to analyze. You will be able to define a custom date range for more specific reporting.
Select users, teams, or shared mailboxes
Use the 'Reporting for' filter to select the individual team member, team, or shared mailbox that you would like to report on. Alternatively, leave this on "My Company" if you would like to report on all users.
This lets you compare performance across departments, drill down into individual behavior, or focus on key areas of your organization.
Select type of communication
To refine your report further, use the 'Communicating with' filter to specify the type of communication you'd like to analyze.
This is especially useful if you want to:
Report on external communication only (e.g., emails sent outside your organization)
Focus on interactions with a specific customer email address or domain
This filter ensures your report is tailored to the most relevant conversations for your analysis.
Optional: Input a subject line
You can also filter the report by the subject line of any listed email thread to focus on a specific conversation.
This is particularly useful for auditing communications, investigating escalations, or verifying performance on high-priority cases.
