Creating a new team in timetoreply:
Go to Settings: From your timetoreply dashboard, navigate to the Settings section in the top-right corner.
Select Teams: In the Settings menu, click on Teams to view your current teams and manage new ones.
Click Create: To add a new team, click the Create button at the top of the page.
Enter Team Name: Give your team a clear, descriptive name to easily identify its purpose or members.
Select Users: From the list of available users, select the individuals you want to add to this team. You can search for them by name or email.
Click Create: After confirming your team members, click Create to finalize the setup.
Once created, your new team will appear in the "Reporting for" drop down list, and you can start tracking their performance and generating reports specific to their activities.
