How to Install timetoreply Lite

1. timetoreply Lite for Google (Chrome)

Installation Steps:

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store page for TimeToReply Lite for Chrome.

  2. Click Add to Chrome.

  3. Once installed, click the Chrome extensions icon (upper-right) and pin timetoreply Lite for quick access.

  4. Open the extension by clicking its icon, then log in or register. Keep it open while you work to stay on top of your email performance.

2. timetoreply Lite for Outlook

Installation Steps:

1. Open the Add-ins Pane

New Outlook (Windows)

  1. In the navigation bar, select More Apps → Add apps.

  2. In the Add-ins pane, use the search box to find timetoreply lite for Outlook.

Classic Outlook (Windows)

  1. On the ribbon, go to Insert → Get Add-ins or Home → Store.

  2. In the search box, type timetoreply lite for Outlook.

Outlook for Mac

  1. From the Tools menu (or the ellipsis (…) on the ribbon), select Get Add-ins.

  2. Your browser will open AppSource. Use the search box to find timetoreply lite for Outlook.

2. Install the Add-in

  1. In the search results, select timetoreply lite for Outlook (the Lite version).

  2. Click Add (or Get it now, depending on your Outlook version).

  3. Accept any prompts such as privacy policy or license terms.

✅ The add-in is now installed and will appear in your Outlook ribbon or message window.

3. Using the Add-in

  • The timetoreply lite for Outlook add-in appears as a button in your ribbon or as an icon when reading or composing emails.

  • Click the timetoreply lite icon to launch and use it directly inside Outlook.

4. Manage or Remove the Add-in

Windows (via Web Interface)

  1. Go to File → Manage Add-ins (this opens the web add-ins manager).

  2. Under Turned on, you can:

    • Uncheck the add-in to disable it.

    • Or click the ellipsis (…) and select Remove to uninstall.

Outlook for Mac

  1. Open Get Add-ins from the ribbon.

  2. Go to My add-ins.

  3. Use the ellipsis (…) to View Details, Get Started, or Remove.

Steps to fix the extension if it's not appearing. (Web)

    1. Check the Outlook Ribbon

      • Open Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com).

      • Open a message → click the ellipsis (…) in the message toolbar.

      • Look for your add-in under “Add-ins.” If it’s there, you can pin it so it always shows up.

    2. Pin the Add-in

      • In a message, click the Add-ins icon (puzzle piece or ellipsis).

      • Find your add-in → click the pin icon so it appears directly in the toolbar.

    3. Refresh Outlook

      • Log out and back into Outlook, or press Ctrl+F5 to do a hard refresh in your browser.

      • Sometimes it takes a few minutes after installation for the add-in to propagate.

    4. Check Add-ins in Settings

      • Click the gear icon (⚙️) in Outlook Web → View all Outlook settings.

      • Go to Mail > Customize actions > Message surface.

      • Make sure your add-in is ticked so it appears on the toolbar.

    5. Confirm It’s Enabled

      • Still in Settings → go to Manage add-ins.

      • Verify your add-in is turned on. If not, toggle it on.

    6. Admin Restrictions (if in a work account)

      • If you’re on a company Microsoft 365 account, your IT admin may need to allow the add-in.

      • Check with your admin if it doesn’t show at all after installation.
